Everson questioned Tennessee’s chance to consistently compete an elite level in the SEC in the future.

“This is one of those situations where you wonder … whether there really is the infrasture there for that team to every year be on the level of an Alabama or Florida simply because they don’t have the in-state talent that those other schools have,” Everson said.
